Registration is now open for an exciting new eLearning offering,
“Considerations when Educating Multilingual Learners with Identified
Learning Disabilities.” This eWorkshop is offered through a partnership
between WIDA and the International Consortium for Multilingual Education and Equity (ICMEE). Participants who successfully complete the eWorkshop will earn 25 CONTACT HOURS from the Maine DOE. The flyer provides additional details, including a full schedule and specific topics to be covered in each module.
Note that a maximum of 40 educators may participate, so reserve your spot as soon as you can. It is strongly encouraged that ESOL educators partner with their Special Education colleagues in applying the learning from this eWorkshop. If spots remain open as we approach the start date, they will be offered to Special Educators.
