Call for Volunteers

Going to TESOL? Ever wonder about how the Computer-Assisted Language Learning Interest Section worked, but you were too afraid to be around all those techies because you’re not a techie yourself? Have I got an opportunity for you! TESOL offers members an opportunity to get $50 off their registration fees by volunteering for four hours. You could volunteer in myriad ways, from giving out program books to working the K-12 Day to working with me at the Raffles and Awards booth (and I’d really love to meet you there!), but the Electronic Village (EV) team has just started looking for volunteers. If you’re interested, check out the letter below and learn about how others are merging language learning with technology!

EV Volunteer Letter-1

If that’s not for you, but you’d like to know about other volunteer opportunities, write to me and I’ll put you in touch with the right people!
